How will the charge appear on my credit card?

Your order will appear as "Web Order" on your credit card statement.

Who do I make the check payable to?

Please make the check payable to "My Company's Website". Make sure you write your invoice number on the check so we can apply your payment to your order.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my product?

It will take approximately 24 to 48 hours to process your order. After your order has been processed it will be shipped based on the shipping method you selected during checkout.

What do I do if my order was received damaged.

If you received the order damaged from shipping, please contact the shipping company as all of our shipments are insurred.
